By accessing and using the LearnX Academy platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or enroll in our programs.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Course Content and Intellectual Property

All content provided on the Platform, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, code examples, and project materials, is the intellectual property of LearnX Academy or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written consent.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Sharing your account credentials with others.
• Downloading, recording, or scraping course materials using automated tools.
• Harassing or disrupting other students or instructors in live sessions, forums, or community channels.
• Submitting plagiarized work for projects or assignments.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

All fees are stated in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise noted. By enrolling in a program, you agree to pay the specified fees. We offer various payment methods, including EMI options. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of your account and access to the programs.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LearnX Academy and its affiliates, instructors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
