  1. Agreement to Terms

    These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LearnX ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the LearnX website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Services").
    By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

  2. Eligibility

    You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

    • You are at least 16 years of age.
    • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with LearnX.
    • Your use of the Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
    • If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
  3. Account Registration

    To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. When you register for an account, you agree to:

    • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
    • Maintain and promptly update your account information.
    • Keep your password secure and confidential.
    • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

  4. Course Enrollment and Access

    Upon enrolling in a course or purchasing a subscription:

    • You will be granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
    • Access to course content is for the duration specified at the time of purchase or as long as your subscription remains active.
    • Course materials, including videos, documents, and assessments, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
    • You may not share your account credentials or course access with others.
    • You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any course content for any purpose without our prior written consent.
  5. Payments and Refunds

    When making purchases through our Services:

    • You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account on a timely basis and with a valid payment method.
    • All prices are displayed in the currency specified and do not include taxes unless stated otherwise.
    • We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect existing purchases or subscriptions.
    • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
    • For subscription services, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.
  6. User Conduct

    • Use the Services for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
  7. Intellectual Property Rights

    The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by LearnX, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

    These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You may not reproduce or exploit content except as follows:

    • Temporarily store materials in RAM incidental to viewing them.
    • Store files cached by your browser for display enhancement.
    • Print or download a single copy of pages for personal, non-commercial use.

    You must not:

    • Modify copies of any materials.
    • Use media separately from the accompanying text.
    • Remove copyright or proprietary rights notices.
  8. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will immediately cease.

  9. Disclaimers

    The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and disclaim all implied warranties.

  10. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, LearnX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.

  11. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LearnX is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

  12. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted here, and your continued use of the Services signifies your acceptance of the changes.
