1. General Refund Policy (7-Day Trial)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience at LearnX Academy. For all our standard programs, we offer a 7-Day No-Questions-Asked Money-Back Guarantee.
If you feel the program is not the right fit for you, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the cohort start date. To initiate a refund under this clause, simply email us at support@learnxacademy.in.
Note: Refunds requested after the 7-day period will not be entertained for general enrollment cancellations.
2. 100% Job Support Refund
We stand by our promise: Get expert job support until you land your role. To be eligible for the Job Support Refund, you must meet the following strict criteria during and after the program:
Eligibility Criteria:
- Attendance: You must maintain at least 90% attendance in all live instructor-led sessions.
- Project Completion: You must complete and submit 100% of the assigned projects and assignments within the specified deadlines, achieving a minimum passing grade.
- Mock Interviews: You must attend all scheduled 1:1 mock interviews and clear the final clearance interview with our career coaches.
- Active Job Seeking: Post-graduation, you must actively apply to at least 15 relevant job openings per week, attend all interviews arranged by our placement cell, and not reject any reasonable job offer in your domain.
If you meet all the above criteria and are still unable to secure a job within 6 months from the official date of your graduation, you will be entitled to a 100% refund of your tuition fee (excluding any applicable taxes and third-party financing charges).
3. EMI and Third-Party Financing
If you have availed of a loan or EMI facility through our third-party financing partners, the refund amount will be credited back to the financing partner to close your loan account. Any interest or processing fees charged by the financing partner are non-refundable.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original method of payment used during enrollment.
5. Expulsions and Violations
No refunds will be granted if a student is expelled from the program due to a violation of our Terms of Service, User Conduct guidelines, or academic integrity policies (such as plagiarism or cheating).
